Host/Hostess
Overview:
Lafayette Hill location. Weekends. Part-time. Hourly rate dependent upon experience. High-volume upscale restaurant. Evenings & Weekends are required. Experience preferred but not necessary. Retail experience would be considered.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for greeting incoming and departing guests.
2. Answers incoming calls to the restaurant and provides appropriate service.
3. Manages the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provides accurate wait times to incoming guests, if appropriate.
4. Demonstrates problem resolution with customer relations and escalates communication to Management as needed.
5. Works as a team with other Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, and support staff to ensure steps of service are met at all times.
6. Creates memorable experience to build repeat business.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Prior knowledge/use of OpenTable preferred but not required.
2. Minimum one (1) to two (2) years prior experience in client-facing role.
3. Strengths must include multi-tasking, problem resolution, and customer relations.
4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
6. Evening and weekend availability.
7. Exceptional hospitality/guest relations.
Line Cook
Overview:
Lafayette Hill location. Saturday, Sunday & Monday availability a must.
Responsibilities:
1. Sets up assigned station to prepare for service.
2. Maintains cleanliness of station throughout service.
3. Responsible for proper preparation of food items on assigned station(s).
4. Must follow strict COVID guidelines.
Physical Demands – The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally push and/or pull up to 75 pounds. The employee will spend over 4 hours daily standing or walking.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma preferred.
2. Minimum one (1) to two (2) prior experience in high volume, fine-casual or casual environments.
3. Must be able to work well under pressure.
4. Must be able to efficiently work as a team.
Salary based upon experience.
Dishwasher
Overview:
Lafayette Hill location.
Responsibilities:
Full-time employment.
Qualifications:
Must be available Weekdays PM and Weekends AM and PM. Dependable applicants only. We are taking walk in applicants from Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays from 1 to 4 pm. Salary dependent upon experience.
