The team at Brittingham’s brings decades of experience to your event so that everything comes together with fun and flair, exactly as you envision. Our highly-seasoned team has worked closely with thousands of clients over the decades to craft everything from dinner to cocktails with dancing and a band for 150. Special requests are never a problem; we’re happy to work within your needs. 

Private Event Venues

The Tin Bar

Our elegant Tin Room, named for its ceiling and bar accents, can provide privacy for cocktail parties of 50 guests or seated meals for up to 40 guests. Bright and welcoming in the day, cozy and charming in the evening, this room is ideal for corporate events, holiday parties, and intimate gatherings. A private covered outdoor space is included with this room.

 

 

The Elk Room

The Elk Room is perfect for private cocktails parties for up to 100 people. For seated gatherings, it can accommodate up to 65 comfortably. With its cozy fireplace, high ceilings, and exposed beams the Elk Room has a quintessential pub feel. A community table along the indoor/outdoor bar offers a semi private space for smaller groups.

 

 

Roof Top Bar

A picturesque setting for a gathering, the Rooftop Room boasts scenic views, a limited private bar, and second floor restroom. Available for private events, the Rooftop Room can provide a seated meal for up to 50 people, and provide a cocktail atmosphere for up to 75. With overhead heaters for chillier weather and ceiling fans for warmer temperatures, its no wonder why this space is a favorite for private events!

 

 

The list of events we cater to is limitless. We host funeral receptions, memorials, weddings, wedding receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and almost any other event and or party you can think of! We have several Appetizers and Hors d’oeuvres options, Menu options and offer a bereavement discount.

I think every single guest, including my daughter, told me that the venue was great, and they loved the food, too! Ally was AMAZING -she would appear at your side when your drink needed a refill for a Bellini or a Mimosa. My guests even commented on how Ally was so wonderful. I am so glad that I chose Brittingham’s for the Baby Shower!

As you are aware, it's been a very difficult time for my family. Our celebration last night was a much needed healing event and will be a memorable occasion for my daughter for the rest of her life.

Rehearsal Dinner: Oct 2021

Our experience with everyone at Brittingham's was great. Our original venue for our rehearsal dinner had to cancel at the last minute due to the flood in Manayunk. We were left to book a venue 3 weeks before the event. Ramona made everything so easy and seamless. Our server, Tony was fantastic he took care of us quickly and he was personable and professional. The food was delicious, everyone liked their entrees, and the dessert was so good! Thank you to everyone at Brittingham's for making our rehearsal dinner great!!!

Basketball Championship Celebration: May 2022

Ramona was kind, thorough and helpful during the planning of the party. We had a great time and from what I hear so did all of our guests. The service was great and they could not of been nicer. Food was delicious!!! My sisters friend is having a rehearsal dinner there and she is going to tell them how great is was. Thank you for a perfect engagement party!

Tessa was a rock star! She hustled and provided great service. I received a lot of comments regarding how delicious the food was - compliments to the chef and his/her team! Ramona was also a delight to work with, very helpful.

Surprise 30th: Sep 2020

Ramona was incredible! We really appreciated her help in talking with the staff and really appreciate the flexibility of the restaurant and manager in allowing us to have a smaller party, though that is not usually allowed. COVID has been difficult for everyone, so I was very glad to be able to have this surprise for my husband for his 30th - he was very surprised and very happy. Also, our waiter, Pete, was wonderful!! He checked on us appropriately without hovering and really made sure we were having a good time!
